Pros

Nice earning potential for those who can afford initial money and time sacrifice.

Cons

Will cost you around $200 plus 3-4 weeks of unpaid training before you see your first check. 100% commission despite how they spin it. They will spin it and it IS a sales position!

Pros

First off I would like to address to the previous reviews i dont agree with the nagitive ones at all. I don't know if the management or the training style has changed over the years but I will tell you this. The training I received recently has been amazing. The management team is very helpful and knowledgeable and the group in general seems to be very involved in helping you succeed. Everyone has answered all my questions, helped me when I needed it, and encouraged me every step of the way. I get more support in this office and with this team than I have received in the 15 plus years I've been in customer service and sales. I would encourage anyone who is willing to work hard to consider working here. The harder you work the more you get paid. In my training and my ride-alongs I've been told time and time again our job isn't to sell insurance it's to deliver the no cost benefits to the families comma if at that time they wanted ditional it's our job to make sure that they're properly covered not over insured and not have underinsured. Never try to sell them just show them their options and let them do what they think is best for their family. I've never worked in an environment who was so concerned with the clients that they help and not the bottom line. This encourages me to no end, shows me that there are still good people out there and I'm very proud to be part of this team.

Cons

Even though anyone can do this job, it is not for everyone! This job isn't for the person who wants to clock in do as little work as possible and still take home a paycheck. You get what you put into this place. 《~ I personally don't think this is a con on the pros and cons scale just thought I would put it out there.

Pros

You can make a lot of money if you are a sociopath and/or morally corrupt. That is about all this has going for it.

Cons

Terrible management that openly insults the very working people that they claim to protect. They will lie about what the job is and what it entails. They claim there is a base pay, there is not. They claim you don't need to bring your own business, but you do. They claim you make your own schedule, you don't. They claim you are a contractor, but they regulate every aspect of the job. Do not fall for this job, no matter how much they say you can make!!!
