1. Old leads... Most had been called numerous times by previous agents, wanted to be taken off the list but weren't, deceased, retired union members who either could not afford the premium or just didn't want it. The most successful had a very strong warm market. I did not
2. Little to no training... Bulk of my time there was spent memorizing the provided scripts
3. No information about the products... Had to research on my own
4. You are a 1099, it's strictly commission. No sales mean no check... Don't do it if you are really in need of a job
5. They pretty much set your schedule for you, which did not make sense seeing that we were contractors(1099)
Honestly I'm glad I got the opportunity to work there because it helped me a bit with my timidness, but I would never go back
