Pros

No pros to this company at all. There are similar companies that provide so much more.

Cons

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for in my entire life. First off, be expected to work 14 hour days for 4 weeks with absolutely no pay whatsoever. The morals and values of the company are horrendous, you are not able to befriend anybody at the company unless you are management. You will actually get in trouble if they find out you hung out with someone within the agency outside of work. I took the position being told I was going to be paid $1,500/week during training plus a percentage of commission from the sales your trainer makes. I received no compensation whatsoever for 4 weeks. My trainer would not put my name down on the sales which did not allow me to receive any compensation, any management was totally fine with it. Be prepared to receive calls and texts all hours of the morning and night (not kidding)! Training: Training is meant to be two weeks long and you're to be paid $1,500/week. Training is actually 4 weeks long with no pay at all. Be prepared to work 14 hour days and not get home until 1AM each night. THERE ARE NO DAYS OFF WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They tell you you get Sunday off...if you actually take Sunday off you are frowned upon within the company. Management is absolutely horrible, they belittle you, talk bad about you, cuss at you...make fun of you in the GroupMe text...with you in it. And here comes the worst part, you have to BEG for your checks. You're supposed to be paid every friday, good luck with that. Sometimes the checks "accidentally" get sent to the other office and you won't receive them for another week. They tell you you're going to receive $1,000 check (example) and it turns out to be $200. They claim that all your sales didn't go through. The owner of the company is the most unprofessional New Yorker I have ever met in my life. To Conclude: Stay far away from this company! They teach you to lie to the clients to make sales, they don't pay you, and they harass you after you leave the company.

Pros

Nothing good to say! It's a constant party in the office!

Cons

It's been a nightmare since day one! I was in training for 5 wks. Was told it was paid training which was a lie. We sat in office doing nothing 99% of the time! My acct went in to the negatives & once training was done I was then told I owe $430 for pre-paid commotions. Agent are giving false info to clients just to make a quick buck. "Boilerroom" effect w/20yr olds messing w/adult money! Selling pipe dreams! This company needs to be shut down emidiately for fault accusations!

Pros

The starting commission + bonus for new agents, even those without a college degree of any sort, was enticing. The opportunity for advancement can be very strong for top producers.

Cons

Despite the opportunity to earn 6-figures fresh out of undergrad, this job felt more like indentured servitude than paid employment. The husband and wife at the top of the hierarchy at the agency to whom I belonged were not only pompous, self-aggrandizing, legends-in-their-own-minds, but they also had expectations which could hardly be taken seriously (i.e., new employees should be producing at level of seasoned veterans within the first month of entering the industry). They also demanded strict adherence to a clumsy, stilted sales script even when a more successful method was demonstrated. They may have been able to sell snow in the Alps, but neither had any clue how to effectively manage; thus, despite earning 7-figures annually, they certainly left hundreds of thousands of dollars on their clients' tables.
