Pros

There is money if you are young and living at home.

Cons

They preach " Serve not Sell" but they always talk about money. They micro manage you. There is a cult of personalities.

Pros

absolutely none they even found a way to ruin the one possible benefit; working from home, with constant micromanagement and a deluge of messages at all hours.

Cons

This company is 100% a scam, I was promised a base wage plus Commission, I was promised reimbursement for the cost of getting my license that was never repaid, I was promised specific working hours which they never respected by messaging me at all hours, inappropriate times, despite my protestations on any number of apps and through direct text messages and calls. I was promised hot leads for existing clients who wanted the product, the leads were dead cold and for people that never expected to be called.

Pros

Absolutely no pros at all.

Cons

I originally applied for a customer service position and then got roped into this benefits specialist position. At the time I applied to several jobs to the point where things got mixed up so I assumed this is what I applied for. It was very scammy but given the fact that it was impossible to find a job, I stayed with it. They gave me a manager to communicate with and train me, which he never did. I knew he was working given the fact that that hyped him up. He didn't do his part to train me and teach me the things I need to know. Then I was thrown into cold calling and trying to scam people into buying insurance but I didn't know how to do any of the paperwork so I left.
