FAKE LISTINGS WITH FAKE COMPANY NAMES

Pros

nothing, everything's pretty shady if you ask me

Cons

This "company" keeps posting on different job sites like Indeed or ZipRecruiter using fake company names like "Morphius Corp" or "Lone Star" or "Keynote Staffing" or "Dimitrova Agency"(and I'm sure there's a vast amount of other fake names they go by). They always post it as a "remote customer service representative" or "work from home customer service associate" or a "work from home customer service benefit coordinator." They reach out to you saying that the hiring manager wants to have a video interview with you (you know..due to covid), then when you click on the zoom link to join the "interview" it's actually a pre-recorded webinar (which by the way was already halfway through at the time i was told the interview would be) and it's actually about American Income Life Insurance which was not mentioned at all on any of the job listings. You don't get a set salary like the postings seem to imply, but rather you need to work a bunch in order to even make any money. Don't fall for any of their fake job postings, I already did a few times.

Horrible

Pros

Nothing I experienced with AIL was positive

Cons

Training is horrible. They pair you with another agent who has literally hired there 3 weeks before you were. You come into the office everyday to sit for 6 hours and call people from leads that are most of the time 3-4 years old. They give you a script and expect you to follow it. Then Agent over the whole office takes 5 people at a time with him for appointments and you are expected to take over after the introductions. It was just awful!
