Pros
They have excellent training. They train you for a full week before they put you with another agent in the field.
Cons
In the hiring process they say that you are your own boss and work your own schedule. In reality you will work 6 days a week and about 12 to 14 hour days. You can make some money, but the leads are very old and they have been worked hard. The money you make averages over the hours you put in is about 2 dollars an hour. Not worth the time and energy. Only ones making money are the upper management since they get overrides off of every customer you sell and when you finally burn out they still keep their commissions monthly as long as the customer pays. You will get nothing when you leave, but it was your fault you didn't make it.
