Pros

I thought they were great when they were promoting the job

Cons

Everything. Call people who signed up on Facebook for child safe kits and then try to sell them insurance. Driving many miles, using money I didn't have on gas and in very unsafe areas at night. God forbid I try to leave early at ANY time even if was a special occasion or ANYTHING! I have morals and didn't feel those when trying to sell for them. Very deceiving job and felt like if I didn't dedicate my WHOLE LIFE to this, was not giving enough. Also was told would get GREAT leads for unions, etc but advised later those don't exist in Florida. ALSO, they signed me up for the wrong online test. I passed the CORRECT test anyway but not because of them. Should've sued for wrong misrepresentation...

Pros

Not one single honest reason - the owner and the managers are scam artists

Cons

They lied about the days and hours worked. They use deciet to set appointments with their victims (yes I said victims) their retention of both clients and employees is the highest I have I ever seen. Avoid these recruiting calls and emails at all costs.

Pros

Nothing is ever as good as it looks.

Cons

This company is such a scam. At the initial interview the promise you a lot of tuff, they basically promise you that they will make you rich. But they never tell you that you will not be making any money for the first two months. You need to go through a month of training just you can go shadow someone. You get no benefits. And money is not as good as people say it is. SGAs and MGAs do not tell you a lot of stuff about this company. Like the fact that they pay you your commission, and then if for some reason the client decides to cancel their policy, the company ask you for its money back. It's retarded. I left that company and that is the best decision I ever made.People, I would never recommend anyone to get into this company, and less to a person that has a family to provide to. I am a good salesman and thank to God I always got a check in the 5 weeks I sold their products, but sometimes there were people that would not sell anything a week, so they would not get a paycheck. Also, managers always attract people into their business with a annual company trip to Cancun or Las Vegas, do not fall for that. It is really hard to go into those, unless you have been at the company for a while and you've gotten the hang of the job. I went into that company after I graduated college, and its probably the stupidest decision I have ever made. A person with a bachelors degree should never downgrade himself to a job like this one. People I worked with would not last more that 2-3 months with in this company because that is how long it took us to realize that is company is trash. People who are considering this company as a future source of employment, just be aware that you're not gonna make any money until your third month of being there, and that people in that business will do everything to make money. There is nothing I can do to recover the time and the money I wasted in this company, and that is exactly why I am here writing this review. It took me 20 minutes to write all this, and my conclusion is that "If something looks to good to be true, it might because it is not true". PS. Another thing that I did not include before. Managers promise people without a bachelors that they will be making over $100,000 after a year in this company. Tell me another company in the world that would pay a person over 100k in their first year without educational background? haha I just laughed when I heard them say that. Good luck people.
