      - Pay can be great - Lots of high energy co workers - Could've fell asleep in the interview and still got hired

      Cons

      - If someone cancels their policy you then get your paychecks cut in half until they recoup their losses - Lots of people cancel because you're selling life insurance to people that make less than 40k - Leads are not organized well, if a coworker forgets to through a lead out then you're stuck with a dead lead. - 40% of leads are elderly folks - 12 work days - Heavily encouraged to be working holidays and weekends

      None—this place is a JOKE

      Nobody here has an education. It’s all a bunch of uneducated, illiterate meatheads that love to talk about how “great” they are doing and post all day on Instagram. Go get an education and do something impactful with your life, instead of scamming people out of their hard earned money for a garbage “product” that the “salespeople” don’t have any grasp on themselves.
