      .No pros for me, did not enjoy working here

      Cons

      Sitting in meetings all day, cold calling in between those meetings, commission based only, no work life balance at all, forced selling, lots of recycled leads

      Pros

      Getting paid weekly, orientation, getting insurance license, benefits, and team building

      Cons

      no work life balance, they expect you to be on zoom every day for 12 hours, pay is only commission based if you don't lie and sales insurance to their leads you won't make money, some of the other team members don't know how to effectively communicate, they also try to control any side hustles you have and you will not be able to work any other job not even on the weekend.. They are also not honest about their expectations up front.
