Some of the co workers were cool

Cons

no work life balance. Pay isn't worth the amount of effort you put in. Management only walks around complaining and threatens to fire everyone in the office every other day. Even if you are a positive go getter as soon as you walk in the office it will drain all your energy. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemies. As someone who thrives in sales this place is a walking red flag steer clear.. Everything negative you hear about the management and the owner Tiffany Wagner is very true.

I can't say there are any benefits to this company. Some people can make money but if you aren't after the first month just quit.

Cons

I worked at the Graham Agency and there were no benefits in my opinion. I was sexual harassment from management who now has his own agency under the Graham agency and bullied by my team lead. I lost money working at this company and wish I never joined. I literally could have sued them and should have.
