Pros

You have a lot of potential to make a LIFE CHANGING amount of money here. Your leads are based on your personal production. You'll always start with great leads so if they get reduced or quality gets worse, look at yourself and make adjustments . They want you to win. Training is great. Teams are GREAT. Work environment is great. Bonuses are great.

Cons

Long. Hours. Atleast for the first couple years as you build. As with any insurance company. But it will pay off.

Pros

Remote work, can make a good earning if you are set up by the right people

Cons

Work culture does not care about you as a person, just what money you can make them. I bought many state licenses with my own money, and realized I was set up with recycled leads that had been contacted by different agents many different times. I worked over 60 hours a week to just barely squeeze by financially. Mentors were very misleading and were very unprofessional when I decided to explore other opportunities.
