Unorganized & doesn’t care about their employees
Pros
Clerical work & you don’t have to talk on the phones all day long.
Cons
The training is not structured well & does not set you up for success. Supervisors are all over the place and they don’t conduct one on one meeting to see how you’re progressing. I worked they for little less than a year and only can remember my supervisor meeting with me 2 times. Not to mention they are unrealistically STRICT about attendance, but fail to provide with an attendance policy for you to abide by. It’s doesn’t matter how well you do your job or what unfortunate even t happens in your life. They don’t care they will fire you for being 2 minutes tardy. There is no grace period for your attendance and if you come in early to prevent from being late/tardy you will not get paid for it not will it cancel out for the times you weren’t able to clock on time. They treat you like a robot not employee, better yet a human.
