      No pros at all! I would give zero starts if I could.

      This company is a scheme! They advertise as a marketing coordinator position, but in the reality you will be doing sales. One of the manager, spent almost two hours explaining how he started his career before getting into what the company does. Totally a waste of time! It’s commission only and there’s no salary. If you are not looking for a sales job, don’t even go there for an interview. I specifically asked to the lady who interviewed me if this was a sales job, and she said denied. She also refused to give me more details about the company and what I would be doing.

      I came into AIL after graduating college with a degree that wasn't even really relative to what we do here. Luckily enough, there were some people who saw an "it-factor" in me and how hungry I was to be successful. I was provided with the opportunity of working with this company and I haven't looked back once. I originally came onto the scene just looking for a job, trying to land my first one right after college, but seeing all the opportunities this company provides I have found my career. I am so grateful to have been offered an opportunity to work for this company.

      I wish at the time after graduation, I could have shown or provided other graduates in my class about this opportunity.
