Thank you for your review and your valuable contributions to our AIL team and customers. We’re glad you benefited from our generous compensation plan while at AIL but disappointed it wasn't a good long-term career fit. This position does require a sales-minded individual and isn't for everyone. However, as you know, with hard work and dedication this can be an extremely productive career financially and personally. Thank you for your contribution to our AIL team and best wishes to you in the future.

Pros

Great opportunity to make good money if you have the drive and determination to make it through the first month. Very cool and supportive corporate culture, the agents get along well in the office and we get to go out and meet new clients in their own homes all the time. Great job opportunity for people that can't stand to sit in the same office every day.

Cons

100% commission and you will be without a check for about the first month because it takes about 2 weeks to do the pre-licensing course and then another week or 2 of training and riding with other agents before learning how to go out and doing your own solo rides.
