Pros
Good training, potential for good income
Cons
With all of the people that are actually SEEKING a sales/commission based position it's pretty much a testament to the pyramid scheme this company is trying to establish in fort collins as to why they would falsely advertise a customer service position paying 70k a year when seeking an endless parade of people to hire. There will be group interviews held 2 or more times a week and NO ONE will ever be turned down, regardless of ANY reason stated on the endless pile of pre-employment paperwork passed out to give a facade of being seriously pre-screened for eligibility. In some cases management will help pretty girls and possibly others to pay for the online course and state exam required to pass before you can really start to learn how to use the "leads" to aggressively sell life insurance their way. Doesn't feel good to ask for "emergency contacts" that are ONLY used as referrals for further aggressive selling. After shelling out my own hard earned $$ to pay for and pass my course and exams and going with ZERO income for a month, deciding that this position was not for me, I had my forthcoming $750 check "re-directed" back to my trainers account so when all was said and done it cost me about 6 weeks and $200 of my own savings to find out all of the above. Lesson learned.
