      Pros

      The company impresses a culture of transparency and is making good strides to enact better development practices and innovate with new technologies where they have stagnated in the past.

      Cons

      Top level management churn has created an opportunity to bring positive change to the company, but has had mixed results. Priorities, projects, and company processes change all the time and there is little follow through to make things stick. Work life balance can be very poor depending on the department you work in, and benefits have been recently reduced.
