      Everyone there aspires to be on top of their game. Profit sharing. Good 401k matching.

      Big fish in a small pond product-wise. So the incentives to be agile and innovate aren't really there.

      talented, friendly and dedicated employees monthly chair massages good food at lunch meetings

      the management is disorganized and lacks leadership and direction office politics undermine morale and collaboration the ceo talks about the importance of values during orientation but wont hold management accountable to these values
