Pros

This is one of the best work environments I have ever been apart mainly because of the people that you work with. They are all high caliber people, from co-workers to management, who care about you individually. It isn't often that you have a part time job, and regret leaving because of the people.

Cons

The work isn't as rewarding as a customer service rep. You deal with clients asking questions regarding their policies, and generally they aren't happy to speak with you. This is not the company's fault, just the nature of the business.

Pros

Great Products for customers and a fantastic training program for new agents, rates beat competitors almost always. CAN BE YOUR OWN BOSS.

Cons

Your experience is controlled by your hiring MLGA, mine was great and then moved to another opportunity(For a good reason not American National) and the person I was stuck with lied and ignored me. The website I was forced to use had a bad phone number that took weeks to fix, and the quoting system has yet to be fixed after 7 weeks , so I am unable to really work.
