Pros

People are very friendly and nice and no one ever seems to get fired for anything

Cons

No one ever gets fired, especially the people who deserve it like people who call in at least once a week even though they don't have any time off and the managers just push the workload off on those of us who do come to work everyday

Pros

There are a number of talented employees who are generally good people working at ANICO. There are many long-tenured employees, which is overall a positive and a sign that many are generally satisfied here. With a few exceptions, even most of the senior leadership are decent people. Arrogance is not really part of the corporate culture here as it often is at large employers.

Cons

A number hard-working, talented employees leave out of frustration. There is very little thought or concern given to helping develop talent once it's in the door. Lower and middle level workers only advance in rare instances, regardless of effort or results. Initiative, drive and fresh ideas too often fall on deaf ears.
