Pros

There's a free tier for health insurance.

Cons

New employees start with similar salary as experienced ones. Since the agile change, everything is done online, but we are required to be on-site. Some days I don't even talk to anyone.

The job itself was great, coworkers were great, the pay is a bit lower than industry standard.

Cons

Low pay, but tons of opportunity to move up and around the company.

Trust has been severed

Pros

Decent PTO and benefits package. Some positions allow flexible scheduling. Good lower management (in my experience). Good work/life balance if you are able to get your work done within your scheduled shift.

Cons

Pay is low. Merit raises never cover the increased cost of living, or increased responsibility. Mandatory RTO caused a lot of trust to be lost, and morale still hasn’t recovered. Constant reorganization causes lots of uncertainty. Food selection on site in Springfield is awful. The self serve market is more expensive than getting convenience store food. Even the company provided coffee leaves much to be desired.
