Lots, mostly downsizing and withdrawing from insurance lines

I am not sure where to begin this review. I started off loving and believing in this company. When I first started I saw myself working for this company for the rest of my career. Then things changed. First was the return to office announcement about going hybrid, then it turned into full time in office with little to no exception. I saw the moral plummet across the multiple divisions I worked with and had friends working for. We did not see a large enough pay increase to match the cost of inflation, match competition, or to accommodate the increased cost of return to office. We had an early retirement which caused even more people to leave and this positions were not backfilled leading to an increase of work. We got so backlogged in divisions they have hired temps to help instead of full time employees. I could share lots of personal details about the company but that would give away who I am.
