Pros

Your on your own most of the time, but if there is a problem they are just one phone call away.

Cons

The biggest con is that you cant work year round as a lifeguard and cant call in sick, you have to find replacement. Sounds obvious but other than that everything else is good.

Bonuses never paid out, CEO disappeared halfway through the summer, I was asked to buy a new cell phone plan to clock into their system without any reimbursement, paychecks late or wrong half the time
