Great benefits, supportive leadership, talented and hardworking team members, fun work space, and competitive pay.

Cons

Expected start-up chaos as the teams and management structure come together. Separated offices in co-working space made it difficult to maintain a collaborative environment.

American Prison Data Systems is true to their mission statement. All employees are passionate and supportive of each other and the mission. The organization has strong leadership who supports the employees. The team works together getting the job done.

Cons

The organization is putting into place processes and procedures to assist with future growth. Prior to having some of these supports, it took time to navigate systems. As the organization continues to grow, these improvements will help support all employees
