Pros

Feels great to be a part of a team of intelligent, hospitable, and productive group of people, all with the same motivation to act upon the company's goals. Felt super comfortable here since day 1.

Cons

As a start-up company there are a few things on the administrative side that needs a little improving. ex- Payroll scheduling. Then again, it's a start-up, so things like that are expected.

Pros

This job is a great opportunity to work for an innovative company that saw an issue of our time and made it their mission to be a part of change in a meaningful and impactful way. I feel inspired going to work and feel that my work matters. The company culture is one of passionate and committed employees who care and want to see the company succeed, so the energy is exciting, fast paced and enjoyable.

Cons

The general day to day organization could be more refined but at the same time I appreciate the flexibility that comes with a company that is growing and still defining itself.
