Good company to work for, poor salary compensation for office workers

Pros

Is a really good company to work for as a whole, as long as you aren't too focused on industry averages for compensation. You would think for a refinery, they could manage to pay workers a bit more, but they overpay some areas and underpay a majority of the rest.

Cons

Poor salary and benefits. Also lack of responsibility between the different departments.

Pros

Amazing company. I plan to work for ARG until I retire... which is many many years away! Fantastic benefits, salary, and a caring leadership team. ARG really works to develop your career and make sure people are in positions that are a good fit.

Cons

Outdated in a few areas but they are currently working on upgrades. Very small office so of course you have some of the office politics... but I feel ARG is committed to making it a great place to work.
