      Pros

      ASC is a great company to work for! They are constantly trying to improve the lives of seniors AND their employees! They have great benefits - affordable health insurance, pick up bonuses, sign on bonuses, end of the year bonuses! Very pleased to have left a competitor to come to this company.

      Cons

      Every health care company has it's challenges - but ASC tries to work thru those barriers and retain good employees.

      Many opportunities for growth. Company will pay for new certifications. They even pay for people to get an RN!

      Cons

      Required to stay at a building and in a position for six months before transferring.

      Flexible schedule, decent benefits, working with wonderful residents, fair productivity expectations.

      Cons

      Leave your ethics at the door as they will force you to take advantage of the residents in every way possible so that they get all the money they can. Forget about having professional judgments or opinions, because what upper mgmt says is the only thing that matters. You are valued only as a title. Personally, I was bullied several times by the executive director and director of nursing.
