This company is a trap for anyone who works here. The company cuk ture iscomparative to hell and the lack of training is a set up to jeprodize all you have worked for. Please take my advice and do not work here!

the residents are nice, hours are comfortable, and most management is nice and understanding

Cons

Not as clean as it could be, the food is horrible, activates needs to be updated and more outside outings. Some of the management time are very mean and rude, not fair and gossip a lot.
