The residents. The seniors at the facilities are the only positive about this company. Unfortunately they do not get the proper care and treatment they deserve.

Cons

Poor working conditions very hostile work environment over all. if you are not friends with the big wigs a complete and total yes man they make your job impossible. The staff is under paid and over worked they have unrealistic expectations. Be sure to read state reviews from the health departments I am surprised the state does not shut them down.
