I was at Creekside Village - being rushed because you work maybe 2 aides per hall, gossip, not being able to use sick time even for your children without facing repercussions- doctor's notes not matter either

worked in culinary, was demanding at first but covid made it easier

Cons

used to be very demanding had short staff often and would overwork you barely raised the pay when id worked there for more than 3 years training is subpar and barely get you situated into the work environment so you have to learn as you go
