Pros

The women in the Activities Department are passionate about what they do and some of the Nursing staff

Cons

The nursing staff and CNAS do not do there job. It is a very negative environment to work in and not welcoming. I worked there for less than a year. The staff takes advantage of the residents there. I suggest to focus on taking more time to hire the right individual than finding someone to just take a previous employees spot.

This is an overall good company except it is a business and taking care of humans should not be business.

Cons

Unfortunately this is a business to make money so they only allow so many hours per patient, these people need to have more attention than what they are allowed.

The patients are wonderful, benefits, pay is ok for the area.

Cons

The management team does nothing but eat in the conference room, corporate makes New rules that aren't conducive to long term care.
