The priority is CARE and the foundation is TEAM. There is a positive team building culture, in which professionalism, high achievement and integrity are at the forefront and this is important for optimal career satisfaction.

Cons

Technologically delayed systems and equipment. if this is addressed it will improve ASC health care efficiency, quality, safety, and cost.

Uniforms provided. Old facilities updated.

Cons

Poor quality products for residents. Very high patient to staff ratio, result is poor quality of care. High staff turnover. Offer benefits/ incentives with many stipulations, eager to take them away. Management oblivious to issues on the floor
