Thank you for your ongoing service to ASH. We’re glad to hear you appreciate the culture of excellence at ASH, which has resulted in many national awards including Top Workplaces USA recognition. Our customer service representatives go through an extensive training program designed to train on key information, applications, processes, and customer service skills. As a national specialty health organization, our success is due to the hard work of employees across the organization, especially those in the call center. Regarding compensation, our company regularly reviews salary trends to ensure we stay competitive in the market. Starting pay is $15/hour with the potential of $16/hour within the first year, plus merit. Additional bonus opportunities are available based on meeting Key Job Accountabilities (KJA) after 90 days, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years.
