Fantastic environment. Fairly interesting projects. Decent management. Good technology. Great people.

Cons

Can be a little boring at times. Does cost cutting when economy is bad, but didn't undo cost cutting when economy was better.

Decent Holiday schedule, nice campus

Cons

Departments don't communicate with each other, until an issue pops up. Management is extremely short sighted, setting unreachable goals and creating anxiety and a sense of failure in the staff. Staff is promoted (or not) often depending on their relationship with the manager.
