I enjoy the huge number of company functions and events. They atmosphere of the company is very caring coming from leadership and HR.

Cons

There's not much negative about the company. Sometimes the team leads aren't supervised a lot, so if you end up with a micromanager or someone that's making your job hard, you're going to have to go to HR or your manager with it.
