There's a great work hard play hard environment. Fast growing company looking to go from 50 to 100 million by by 2023. Opportunities to work on iconic projects are real and available with this company every day

Cons

Structurepoint suffers from growing pains. Often there success mean that employees are expected to taking on additional responsibilities while the company looks for the right talent to be a part of the Structurepoint team

American Structurepoint is an excellent company in which to grow your skills and develop your own career path. The organization values their employees and invests significant resources and time into helping them grow. Their opportunity mix is highly varied which provides employees with a diverse set of experiences.

Cons

While my overall experience has been very positive. I realize that no organization is perfect and with the tremendous growth path the company has experienced there have certainly been a few hiccups along the way. That said, this company is one of the strongest in the industry and the staff is treated with respect and caring.
