Pros

Good locations, engineering and operations mid-level team great. Mid-tier compensation. Great operations firefighting experience for entry engineers, tons of different unit operations to experience.

Cons

Horrific plant and company leadership, firefighting to the max, constantly degrading both salary and union employees. All leadership levels out for themselves, willing to throw anyone under the bus to protect their roles. HR was an absolute disaster. Active complaints against senior managers with no follow-up.
