      Pros

      The people I worked with and the product we made were great and of the highest quality. This was a great company to work for with a ton of potential.

      Cons

      The executive level management over extended themselves and put all of their eggs in one basket. Now the basket is gone.

      You need to be in with the right people in upper management to move up. Poor management with no vision. Upper management blames all their problems on Sinoval.
