I was very skeptical moving from my another job of 8 years to ATC, but they made the transition smooth and successful and worked very hard to meet all there commitments to me.

American Technology Consulting is a very Professional and awesome consulting firm to work with. What I liked most about them is their transparency working culture. They are very honest and sincere people and the management stands by what they promised. I get my pay checks on time. If there is any change to existing or introduction of any new government or immigration employment policy/law affecting me even remotely, I'd get a call and an email from the ATC's HR department explaining and assuring what and what not it will affect me, even before I'm notified through mail, reducing my qualms. They have also got an excellent immigration attorney who has handled my H1B transfer and GC process very well on time. I was earlier working for a large MNC as a full time employee before joining ATC. Its been more than an year now. I'm proud of my decision to join this growing and promising consulting firm.
