large office space and convenient location

Upper management is not approachable- A lot of discrepancy between the departments within the company-no management-left on your own-no team environment-addressed only when your work is not favorable

Pros

Adam is a great manager that will take your suggestions seriously and doesn't micro-manage. I don't know how he has time to do all that he does. I appreciated that as long as I was getting my work done, Adam didn't really care about what else I was doing. He was also a great mentor and coached me through some client issues that we were having instead of just taking the reigns and fixing it for me which I really appreciated. The office is modern and has open cubicle areas for some of the workers but most are off-site or in offices. The size of the company being small means you get to really know the awesome people who work there.

Cons

Doesn't pay as much as other companies. Cuts costs by outsourcing some work to contractors that require lots of QA and missed deadlines. High turnover.

Pros

Exposure to multiple technologies, systems, and enviornments.

Cons

Poor support from management in supporting clients. The company does not appreciate its employees - lack of 401k match, and fair compensation. The company supports the model of hiring the least qualified engineers, in order to maximize the margin on their billables. Company is growin, but has failed to implement proesses to scale the business appropriately.
