Where do I begin?.. Years ago it felt like people had the motivation and drive to work here. Within the last couple of years just about every aspect of this place went downhill. We looked at this new CEO as a fresh start towards a prosperous path, instead he offered nothing but broken promises and now the company's bond is worth a third of it's value. 80 years and this company grew.. all of a sudden 2 top tier vendors decide to leave? .... I don't believe in coincidences. A lot of talented leadership recognized the shortcomings and left. "People First" culture is the motto, yet this couldn't be more far from the truth. The additional star I only give because of the better days spent here and the great friendships made. If you are looking for a job and somehow found your way here in this current time, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Management is clueless as to how to fix the mess that has been brewing at ATD for years. They would rather play games saying one thing but not following it up with actions. Accountability is non-existent. People get promoted based on who they know. The company recently let go of about 100 employees and is still hiring in those respected areas/positions for those same positions. Turn over is high. Communication doesn’t exist throughout the company, in departments and even within projects. Every manager has their own silo agenda. No job security.
