      Pros

      Benefits are good; 401k match is very good. decent industry experience

      Cons

      too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Nepotism everywhere! Leadership promotes their friends, regardless of skill level. Most leaders are completely clueless. Pay is very poor and everyone is afraid to speak up and voice opinions.

      Pros

      Account Managers can make good money for the tire industry. Ok base pay with a lucrative bonus structure & car allowance. Big Company that continues to grow…FAST!!

      Cons

      Company is on its third buy out in just over 10 years and has been put on a fast grow expansion across the country. Biggest complaint from employees is the feeling of being number and not a face. If numbers to not look good for the company 401K match it the first to go. ATD has a tendency to change the rules as it goes and it of course is always in their favor.

      Pros

      benefits were the best part of the job, though they stopped the 401k match several times over the last 5 years. rules apply to a few people but it is all in who you know so be sure and focus on corporate relationships.

      Cons

      upper management is confused about what is going on in the field and have lost focus on the personal relationships between sales and customers. they take money from the workers to make upper management rich. pay cuts, less hours, less opportunity...less service for the customers.
