      Pros

      I am relatively new to ATD, but have found people across the company to be warm and welcoming. It is clear that ATD has been through a lot over the past few years, but has emerged as a stronger company ready to tackle the continued evolution of the industry.

      Will be nice when there are more in-person working options available.
