- The people and teams are smart and kind. - Teams set high standards and are not afraid to try new things to solve complex problems - People genuinely want to collaborate with each other - ATD really cares for their people, products, and customers. Leadership is constantly looking for ways to be more engaged and supportive across our organization
Cons
- Organization is currently going through a transformation, which requires time and patience. Some teams want to run, but the organization may not be ready - It's not always clear which teams and people are required for alignment, so there has been some starts and stops as the teams defines new ways of working
