      Great people still work here, lots of opportunity, interesting assignments.

      Cons

      A lot of instability due to numerous layoffs and a recent bankruptcy. High turnover in key roles due to the current instability resulting in employees with little or no experience in their roles or within in the industry.

      Pros

      Senior management seems to be as communicative as they can be. Regular updates to both internal personnel and customers.

      Cons

      High debt, concern at what level cuts will continue. Addition of SVP+ level personnel seems unwarranted when many routes and employees are being terminated. Too much autonomy at regional levels. Too many conference calls

      Cool people Challenging at times Pay is ok if you really sell yourself for each penny

      Absolutely no job security No direction Company has had prior bankruptcy lost Goodyear and on their way to losing Michelin. It’s embarrassing to work there. Things change daily. When you start working there you feel as if you are the only one who actually cares until you don’t
