      A truly innovative company where you have the ability to truly build and make a difference! If you like to build things this is a great place to be!

      Cons

      Sometimes the lack of red tape can make for competing priorities. Successful candidates need to be able to create structure, where sometimes there is not a ton of structure.

      Great customers, interesting products if you like automobiles

      Cons

      Arrogant management team. Since new CEO arrived, the company has gone through bankruptcy and lost over 30% of their sales. Yet he struts around like he's great. The company needs a leader that can connect with employees and customers, not just the private equity suits.

      Great compensation, and coworkers are great people to work with.

      Cons

      HR is not engaged except during the initial hiring process. Some managers will bypass HR in order to fire people they don’t personally agree with by “creating a paper trail” to justify terminations.
