Pros

Competitive pay throughout the organization. Leading the industry in some areas of technology. Major logistic advantage as largest tire distributor in the country.

Cons

A sound strategy is empty if you do not execute. Departments operate in vacuums and do not care to collaborate with others. Due to financial challenges the primary drive is cost cutting and often changes are implemented without the customer in mind.

Family Atmosphere, decent health benefits compared to other industries

Cons

OT was cut out, lack of advancement unless you're willing to relocate, low morale due to help workload with not enough help. This would at times negatively effect the family atmosphere. Also, CEO that was hired came from Food industry, and didn't have the experience in tire industry to help the make the company better.

Good exposure for learning of technology trends in the marketplace and cutting edge technologies inclusive of Omega, Data Science ..etc

Cons

Within IT, desi politics are huge here. Managers play favorites. do not join, if you are on work visa.
