      Pros

      Work life balance is is an understood value. There are going to be times when you'll need to go the extra mile and it is noticed and appreciated.

      Cons

      Could probably do without a couple of IT Directors that are unprofessional and devoid of people skills. I imagine this will take care of itself within the next 6-12 months, which is encouraging.

      Females need not apply. Had the experience of working with a VP... myself (39) and another female employee (47)...the male VP repeatedly referred to us as "girls", treated us as idiots while he himself didn't know how to do what was needed. Reported the unacceptable behavior to my boss, it was never handled. This company is stuck in the stone age.
