      Pros

      This was one of my favorite places to work by far. The local management team is fantastic and they are willing to work with you and help in every way they can. ATD offers great hours and fair pay. The benefits are good if not better compared to other local businesses. They have tons of resources to help you succeed and grow within the company, even if you wish to move to a new location.

      Cons

      The biggest con about ATD is that corporate is not well-structured. They are disorganized with "unwritten" policies, but they are working on it.
