      Pros

      Free Healthcare Benefits 401K Match Most people are friendly but they could use a more welcoming corporate culture. Flexible schedule, able to use PTO without restrictions.

      Cons

      Not a place for minorities or women to advance, upper level management is almost exclusively white men. Median age of employees is older, high turnover of young professionals. Very little room for advancement, no clear career path for employees. Pay is not competitive.

      They have good management with open door policies. Clean work environment, it was close to home, employees are knowledgeable in each of their duties which helps others in providing accurate work for the company.

      Cons

      This company paid very little for the work they expected to be done. They had no health insurance or 401K or any type of benefits for their employees.
