Corporate ensures field candidates are equipped to tackle challenges, resourceful help desk, talented customer service reps are the backbone of this company. Compensation packages were always appropriate and commission rewarding. Effective communication makes this team wonderful to work with. Safety and family are evident priorities.

With the ebb and flow of being a company owned by a conglomerate owner, layoffs and downsizing have become somewhat seasonal. My advice is to dig in and become irreplaceable, especially when the economy is unfavorable. Occasionally you will happen across a cutthroat, be sure your work load is impeccable and sabotage-proof.
